Digital Integrated System of Holistic Teaching and Virtual Orientations (DISHTAVO) is an e-content initiative of the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa which commenced in the month of June, 2020. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide Undergraduate and Post Graduate students registered under Goa University, Goa, uniform exposure to the course content across different Disciplines, Subjects and Papers

Teaching Faculty in the different HEI’s across the State of Goa have prepared the e-content based on their own experience, thoughts, reasoning, opinion and judgement in consonance with the syllabi prescribed by the Goa University.

Digital Expression in the e-content (videos) by way of pictures/ images/ photographs/ charts/ diagrams/videos or any other visual element presented by the teachers (hereafter referred to as Presenter) is his/her own work and is believed to be prepared and executed within the framework (guidelines to prepare Presentations, Copyrights and other guidelines) provided by the DHE from time-to-time and deviation, if any, in no way reflects, or can be construed as the opinion of the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa.

Further, considering the urgency of developing e-content due to the upcoming academic year in the midst of COVID -19 pandemic, copyright infringement, if any, is purely unintentional and within the ambit of providing an educational opportunity to the students as well as considering protection under Sec 52 (clause i) of the Copyright Act 1957. We may be notified of any such unintentional copyright issues.

The e-content so created will be published on YouTube under a CC BY license.
